Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPPING (2-7 days, order cut-off time 15:00; delivery Monday to Saturday)
2-7 Days, Courier 1 flyer bag, R75.00
2-7 Days, Courier 1 box, all areas (0-15kg) R120.00
2-7 Days, Courier 2 boxes, all areas (15+kg) R240.00
2-7 Days, Courier 2 boxes (eg industrial machines) (16-25kg) R450.00
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 15:00 are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Various options to shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (on the contact details you provided) once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
QUILTSEW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
QUILTSEW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, every product is checked and inspected before sending it to you. If you have received a product which tuns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within 2 weeks after delivery / collection of the product.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing email@example.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the Return Authorization Number and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will get in touch with you to discuss your options.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

We make use of Courier Guy - shipping from QUILTSEW
We only send parcels within the borders of South Africa.
We are able to courier within the borders of South Africa.
We ship at receipt of payment, cut-off time for sending out orders are 15:00 during weekdays.
We mostly make use of Courier Guy & PUDO and will charge the fee quoted to us on their website. Shipping is charged at the rate that we get quoted from the Courier Guy.
A tracking number will be provided to the contact details that you provide.
