To insert a needle into the machine:
- Power off your machine.
- Insert your needle point into the shaped needle slot. NB flat of needle is then facing back of machine.
- Hold tool and push needle shank into needle hole in the machine as far as it will go. Tighten with screw driver. Remove tool.
To thread needle on machine:
- Power off your machine.
- Hold threader with "arrow" and "hook" on top. Insert the thread horizontally through the "Y Groove".
- Place the "V Groove" above the needle eye. Gently push and slide the threader down the needle until the inner pin touches the needle eye. Push and insert the thread onto needle eye.
- Pull out threader from the needle eye. Use "hook" to pick up the end of thread through needle eye.
